At Bazaar On The Bay our aim is to provide you with a Wonderful Shopping Experience. We have a fantastic range of Hand Selected Quality Products giving you the ability to buy in the comfort of your own home.
We do try to describe our Products to the best of our ability. If you are not sure about anything on this website or just have an enquiry ~ please contact us and we will reply within 24 Hours.
Please note that all products at all times are subject to availability and from time to time especially around peak gift giving periods there may be some products that are unavailable. This is out of our control and in the hands of our suppliers. On some occasions products do become deleted and our website will be updated to reflect this.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We have a range of payment options for your convenience. These include Phone Payment (9am-6pm for Aussies only), PayPal, Secure off-line Credit Card Processing, Direct Bank Deposit and Deferred Payment for Advance order items only.
We do not accept personal cheques.
We request that you please pay for your order as soon as is humanly possible. If for any reason you encounter a payment gremlin on the website please let us know and we'll fix it. If you have a problem with payment please let us know asap and we can work something out.
Orders will be cancelled within a week if payment is not received.
POSTAGE
All orders are processed within 48 hours during Business Hours. If for some reason there is a delay we will inform you immediately. Weekend and Public Holiday purchases will be processed the first following Business Day. All Products/Items are sent by Australia Post. There are various shipping options for you to choose from. I highly recommend choosing registered post wherever possible as a service as I DO NOT AND CAN NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the actions of Australia Post. Further Insurance is available as an option at checkout.
Due to packaging, your parcel of products may exceed the weight by which we calculate postage costs. Please be aware that we will contact you if we require an extra payment to cover postage.

RETURNS POLICY
All of our Items/Products are inspected prior to dispatch for quality and working order to ensure that your items are of the high quality we expect you to receive. All care is taken to package your purchase correctly.
Postage costs are NOT refundable and returns postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not accept returns because you have changed your mind. Please retain your proof of purchase receipt in case of Exchange or Claim. 14 day exchange policy applies where the incorrect item/product was supplied and is unmarked, unworn, and unopened and where a receipt of purchase is supplied and is returned in all original postage packaging. This policy does not apply to Aromatherapy Oils, Soaps, Perfume/Massage Oils & Earrings due to Hygiene Reasons. All other Returns will be dealt with professionally and at our discretion.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International Buyers are welcome .The website reflects this by including a currency converter, shipping calculator and International Postage costs per item.
